The apartments are situated in the centre of Ribadesella along the Costa Verde just 50 metres from the Atalaya beach and a 15-minute walk from the Santa Marina Beach and Tito Bustillo Caves.

Ribadesella is a picturesque holiday destination, perfectly located to use as a base in Asturias to visit Gijon, Oviedo, Llanes, Santander and the Picos de Europa National Park.

The hotel day starts from hour 17:00 and ends at 12:00.

Full payment for your stay will be required upon arrival.

In case of early departure, full payment for the reservation will be requested.

No noise is permitted from 22:00 to 08:00.

A deposit of € 150.00 is required upon arrival to cover any damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to an inspection to assess if any damage has occurred.

Bed sheets and towels are provided, but they will not be changed during your stay.

There is no cleaning service, and cleaning products are not supplied.

Notapartments have a lift.

Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartments.
