Apartamentos Rurales Casa Lafuente - Luquiano

Situated in Luquiano, in a historic building, 49 km from Bilbao Cathedral, Apartamentos Rurales Casa Lafuente is an apartment with a garden and terrace. The owner of the pet will have the obligation to keep it in proper condition,hygienic and sanitary conditions, duly dewormed, with a microchip, and having the valid health card or passport.
You are responsible for your animal, its behavior and any damage or inconvenience it may cause, either to third parties or to the furniture. In the event of damage, the amount incurred during the stay will be charged to the final invoice. The establishment reserves the right to terminate the stay without being obliged to any type of compensation in the case of inconvenience or damage.

It is not allowed to leave your pet alone inside the accommodation, there are daycare centers for pets in case there is some day that they want to visit a place of interest that the access is not allowed for pets.

Pets are not allowed to be loose anywhere in the establishment. Except on the asphalt it is not necessary to collect pet´s excrement, this way we contribute to consuming and therefore producing less plastic.

The accommodation towels are not for the use of the pet, if you need one for this, ask us.In case extra cleaning is required will have an additional cost of €15, which will be paid at the end of the stay. If your pet is used to sleeping with you, we suggest you bring your own bed sheets.

Out of our six apartments, there are two — the Two-Bedroom Apartment with Mountain View, called Sobrao-Peñas de Oro, and the Standard One-Bedroom Apartment, called Sobrao-Badaia — that do not allow pets. For this reason, the Standard Rate with Pet option does not appear for these units.

The establishment reserves the right of admission in casesa guest arrives with a pet without having booked the Standard Rate with Pet in advance.

Only one pet is allowed per apartment, and the only pets accepted are dogs.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with Mountain View. This heated duplex apartment offers a balcony with mountain views. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Spread over two floors, this apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. One of the bedrooms can accommodate a third bed if needed. ;
Apartment with Mountain View. This heated apartment offers a balcony with impressive mountain views. The bright living room features a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, and coffee machine. There are 3 double bedrooms,with an en-suite bathroom. ;
Family Studio. This heated studio features a furnished porch and free Wi-Fi. The studio has an upstairs mezzanine level with a flat-screen TV, sofa and double bed, as well as the separate bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen area with a hob, microwave, fridge and dining table. This studio accommodates two adults and two childrenteenagers up to 17 years old. The 180 cm bed can be convertedtwo single beds upon request. Pets are allowed in this studio. If you are traveling with your pet (we allow one dog), please make sure tothe Standard Rate with Pet, so we are informed and can send you the house rules regarding pets. This is necessary to ensure you are aware of and agree to these conditions before your stay. ;
Standard Studio. This heated studio features a flat-screen TV, a sofa, a dining table and a double bed. A hob, microwave and fridge are included in the kitchenette. There is a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. This studio is pet-friendly. If you are traveling with your pet (we allow one dog), please make sure to book the Standard Rate with Pet. This allows us to be informed in advance and send you the pet policy, so you are aware of the house rules and can formally accept them prior to your stay. ;
Apartment - Disability Access. Boasting a private entrance, this spacious apartment also features 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also comes with a barbecue. This wheelchair accessible apartment has a washing machine, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a roll-in shower. The unit has 4 beds. ;
